“Awful communication and ineffective product. They tried to reschedule the first appointment back in October, showed up late, sprayed for stink bugs, but it didn’t get rid of them. Had them come back in January, kept calling but couldn’t ever get anyone on the phone, had to handle over text. Showed up 2 hours late after trying to reschedule AGAIN after I moved us and all of our animals out of the house. Sprayed the inside, said he couldn’t do the outside, but would send someone out 3 days later. It’s been a month, we still have stink bugs and no one came out. Complete waste of my money and a lot of my time. 3/26/25 UPDATE: Owner contacted me after leaving this review, and said they would send me a check to reimburse me for the service in exchange for taking this review down. That was on 03/06, and still no check or word from them.”
