“WOW, I typically don't write reviews but i feel that people needs to know... I hired this company last year and every time I get their bill is higher and higher, my final bill for August 4th was $382.74, I finally called the office to ask for an explanation, the receptionist or person that answered me was so short so rude and annoying about my questions, i asked for a fix price or fix service so we wont get more surprises, at that point I am still willing to work with them, she simple told me NO and when i said well i will have to cancel my service she said OK and just hang up the phone. I own a business and I know how much we appreciate every single customer we get, and how hard is to build a loyal program, these people most definitely have not clue about customer service oriented. Good luck to them, I am more than happy to give my business to their competition, and by the way I still have bugs in my house Aug 25th, so their product is not efficient enough.”
