“Well Steve has retired and his daughter is running Esco now. This seems to be the problem. The guy shows up and thinks 1 pack is what he should leave for rodent control in my attic. Used to they ( when Steve was there ) would throw 5-6. Talked to the girl who answers the phone (she is rude) and says he did another place so he ran out, mind you he was late, made an appointment for him to come back and told him I take care of my dad and to be on time, well he called 45 minutes late and had to set another appointment up. They already sent me a bill and I paid it. Called me yesterday to see if I still wanted them to come tomorrow and I said of course I do as I already paid and we had an appointment, well they overbooked and now my appointment is 45 minutes later than supposed to be. I've NEVER had any trouble when Steve was there, he seemed to care for his customers. This is just crazy now dealing with Esco and getting the service you pay for, and the right (polite) customer service when you call them. I don't believe Steve would approve of how all this is going. I know how Esco is being ran right now, a LOT of customers will go elsewhere. Never had I ever had so much trouble or rudeness to get someone to do their job right. Beware everyone Steve has retired and is no longer running Esco. I would never recommend Esco to anyone now that they are running it this way.BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!”
