“New home buyers beware. Do your research before committing. Removing dead rodents and securing property costed $1500 for us. Our property required very little or no mesh work, and didn't have rodent activity. We didn't know any better cause we had very little knowledge about this.”

“Earl's was highly recommended by a friend. I should have read the other Yelp reviews first. I was charged $525 and paid at the initial spraying visit where we discussed services to be done. After the first spray visit Earl's owner quoted an additional $300 for extra work that needed to be done. Yes it was needed and I agreed to get the extra work done. After that they would not finish the work promised and closed my account. I ended up paying $675 and received 2 sprayings for bugs. I found the office and the owner, Richard, very difficult to work with and unreliable. Richard told me in the beginning that they were a very professional organization. I found just the opposite. I usually just pass on reviews when I am displeased.”
