I was concerned about some wasps that were getting into a bathroom and some activity that I saw on the exterior of the house related to wasps, and Chris and JR were willing to climb into my attic and onto my roof and look at places that other companies were not able to inspect to rule out the presence of a nest. I'm conscious of what gets used products wise and want to know that it's effective on unwanted pests but has the least impact on the humans and animals around us and the environment in general. He had a level of knowledge about the behavior and biology of the species (subterranean termites) that was beyond what I expected, and definitely helped set my expectations about not just the service I was looking into but also how to prevent and manage other critters in the area.
