“THIS REVIEW IS FOR ADAMS PEST CONTROL WHO TOOK OVER FOR EAST CENTAL. EAST CENTRAL PROVIDED 10+ SERVICES If I could give Adams minus stars i would. This company recently purchased East Central Exterminators. Dale and his family always provided excellent honest service, no written contracts reqired, a handshake as good as his word. Adam's took over, their business plan appears to be to provide unauthorized treatments and then dare you not to pay them. They gave me a "courtesy" call saying they were coming, then billed me for the treatment. When I objected that I never authorized the treatment, I was told I was signed up for annual spider treatment (not true) and they called. Madison then told me she would take me off the list for the "future" if I wanted. I will not be paying this bill and will bring them to small claims court if needed. Buyer beware!!!!!”
