“Michael Coombes was timely, professional, thoughtful/respectful with all of our pets, thorough with his explanation & very efficient once he started setting bait both outside the perimeter of the house as well as treating the inside (the entire process took less than 25 minutes). Although it's too soon to tell how long it'll take for our house to be ant-free, I've already noticed a dramatic improvement. I'd recommend their services without reserve.”

“We have a rodent situation caused by food stored in the garage. We contacted this company on a Saturday, and they were able to come out the following Tuesday, which we appreciated. They also mentioned the $199 inspection fee would be waived if we moved forward with their services. Things became awkward after the inspection report came out. The report mainly focused on items to be fixed, without clear descriptions of the rodent activity or notes on the photos, making it very hard to understand the actual situation. I had to call the inspector to ask for clarification, and he mentioned there was an infestation, but the photos provided did not clearly support that. The report also only showed total pricing, without any breakdown explaining how the numbers were calculated. Another issue was that the inspection fee was charged without confirming whether we wanted to proceed. We were told that if we only wanted to seal a few entry points instead of doing everything in the report, there would be a minimum charge of around $650 for them to come back — something that had never been mentioned before. They also said they would not do even basic crawlspace cleanup (even though I offered to pay for it) unless we moved forward with the $5,000 crawlspace redo project. Overall, this experience made me question their business model. If your situation is not severe, it may be worth considering other options.”
