“I first learned of Ecopest through Groupon. They were very nice and happy to treat our home and yard for the first few visits. I had concerns about lack of communication and technicians not showing up on time, but was not convinced that services should be suspended until the last visit in March 2020 when the check I gave the tech for payment was "lost." We waited several weeks to see if they could find the missing check before paying by credit card. We asked them to cancel all services at that point. Two months later, Ecopest cashed the missing check without contacting us at all. We called and left messages but our calls were not returned. I emailed them and asked for a $75 refund. I got a response the next day that said that Michael would process a refund check shortly. They never bothered to call or apologize for their mistake or try to explain their actions. I would not recommend this company.”

“Beware!!! Horrible company. They sold us on their good reviews but their service is hardly top notch. From day one they were not able to get our account right. We were being charged for services that we did not sign up for and were not preformed. Had to call every quarter when our bill was due because it was always incorrect and instead of fixing the issue all we got were excuses then Dustin would try to sell me additional services that we did not need nor want. We were being charged late fees when our account clearly showed no balance due. Save yourself time and money - there are too many pest control companies out there so don’t settle for less here.”
