“A sales technician came to my home and offered to remove moth cocoons from my two houses. They never performed that service. I kept asking them to, and they could never remove the moths. So i canceled. It took a few times to cancel until finally, i was on the property when they came and i had to ask them to leave. At which point they said i was canceling early and i was required to give them a 200 dollar cancelation fee. I asked them to remove that because they never provided the service i signed up for. They are currently harassing calling many times a day to get the 200 from me. Overall, They are performing bad business practices, and the public needs to know about them.”

Further, after realizing the service was not as promised and wanting to cancel 10 months in, I am now being charged a $240 cancellation fee. This is outrageous, especially since I was almost coerced into signing a two-year contract under misleading pretenses. Additionally, other customers have reported similar experiences, citing theft for services not rendered and poor customer service after being unfairly billed. “If I could leave zero stars I would. I was solicited Door to Door. I signed up for a one year contract. I am 10 months into the contract and tried to cancel services for several reasons. My lanai has never had more spiders, webs, ants, ant hills and other various insects. It is quite obvious the application has been diluted or not even sprayed. I voiced my concern several times and was told I could not terminate contract. I was told I will be charged a termination fee for the initial discount applied. I requested my money back but was denied. If I do not pay fee I will be sent to collections. Not consumer friendly and I would never use this company or refer them to anyone.”
