“This company was recommended to us by a family member and it is very unfortunate the experience we had with this company. We called initially to address the German roach problem we had in our kitchen. When the initial service was done they never sprayed our kitchen and told us that we needed an additional inspection for this service that would cost extra. This was never done. I had to call the company multiple times for the agents to tell me the local office was not available (this went one for three weeks). One of the times we were told we would get a call back from them within 24 hours and all we got was an email that our account was cancelled. We had a serious issue in our kitchen so we had to move on with another company since ecoshield never addressed the problem in the first place and on top of that they charged us a “discount payback “ fee for cancelling. Definitely do not recommend to hire this company . The communication is the worst and they are unreliable.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A MASSIVE SCAM!!! BEWARE!! Salesman, Keagan Garrison, walked up to my home with a story how my neighbors were his clients and he was already in the area. After a lot of back and forth, I agreed to try it ONE TIME. 2 weeks after the initial service I contacted the salesman and told him my home was in worse shape than before they sprayed. Even sent him a video. He promised he would send a technician back out for re-service. 1 week later and no one showed up, I contacted the office. Salesman never reported a problem with the initial service. I told them to forget it and I would not waste more time allowing them to come do the re-service. The customer service agent told me I had to pay a cancellation fee…I NEVER AGREED TO OR SIGNED A CONTRACT! The salesman forged a scribble on a contract and made it pass for my signature. Now they’re asking for $170 cancellation fee or they send me to collections. This seems to be the same story happening to everyone that comes across this company. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!”

“This is a service that comes out by monthly to take care of pest around your house and inside. I have been using them for a few months now and I can say that i’m not overly satisfied with the service. The technicians that come out are super sweet and have great customer service but when it comes to the follow up text messages that you get you tend not to get any response back. Let me specify that the text messages and automated text message sent to you by the company and not the technician. The phone number that you call to schedule any touchup services or to schedule a new service is directed to a call center which then they intern call the local office for you. I think that’s an unnecessary step that can be eliminated, especially most the time you’re waiting for a response from the company. When they state that you will have your whole property treated that is just not the case. If you have a larger lot, they will only treat around your house roughly 10 feet in all directions. The one thing I do like is that they come around with a big giant pole with a scrub brush on the end to get off the spiderwebs from the house. I won’t say they get all of them, but it definitely makes it a lot . I will say, unfortunately, our Property does still have problems with ants, roaches and spiders and we’ve been using their service now approximately 11 months. One thing about the service that I do appreciate is the fact that you have unlimited touchup services as you please. Only issue with that is you’re constantly having to call to have a re-spray and they will not re-spray if it’s two weeks prior to your next service. All in all, I only think the service is OK I’m not sure if I will be continuing them in the upcoming year..”
