“The technician left giant drips of pesticide inside of my home. We are not talking about the edges (where they should have been), but all over the middle of the floors. Because they are so big, they are not drying. I have two small dogs so this is unacceptable. I called to cancel and they told me they would have to charge me more money for this service, because I signed a one year contract. Instead of $119 they now want to charge me $169. Unbelievable. He could have cared less about the poor service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

She was able to empathize with my inferior customer experience with another pest control company, while being able to communicate the reliability of the company’s services. Highlights of the call included: being introduced to the egg cycle and how bugs are able to multiply, how the service was structured in a manner that was tailored to my specific situation (bimonthly), and being warm transferred to the dept in charge of scheduling. Overall, the customer service experience was so good, I would consider recommending the company even before I’ve even had the service. Note: the company was referred to me by a close friend/client.”

“Okay... So I am not sure where the positive reviews come from but this company is really doing an extremely poor job on pest control. My house is really clean and I have cleaning robot and mopping robot running 3 times a week. We have been having ants and roach problem a month after switching to echo shield. I thought it might be something that may just discovered. There are several spots that we can see ants coming inside and a roach once a month in the main bathroom ONLY. I believe the situation is really easy to be resolved and they took a year and it's still no sign of improvements at all. Every time I messaged Dawson he mentioned I need to call the office, even he mentioned when I purchased the service saying I can contact him for anything. I so believe anything means replying the text message saying call the office. Well done! It's been one year now, and no sign of any improvement unless there was one technician came asking for snacks before he left... I am not sure if I am still be able to find who that is but it must be on the nest cam recording history... Trust me, you do not want to choose this company at all. They are telling you that you can cancel the subscription anytime but it turns out you need to call the customer service number and pay for the cancellation fee before the subscription ends. Go for other companies, this is the worst option you could possibly choose.”
