My 10 a.m. appointment was marked as “completed,” yet the technician sprayed a couple spots near the front door, sat in his vehicle, and left without performing the actual service I’m contracted for. I’ve emailed multiple times and called five times. Each time I’m told someone will call me back within 24–48 business hours, and no one does. Even worse, my concern wasn’t accurately documented internally despite all my attempts. At this point, the service has not been performed, and communication has been nonexistent but they did send the bill. **Shout to to Nolan the inspector! Nolan, has been the only genuinely helpful person. He answers his phone, is honest, and actually escalates issues. He can’t control the outcomes, but at least he’s competent.**”

Unfortunately, due to our current financial situation, we had to cancel our services with them (for now); they (reps Lady & Irene) understood our situation & helped us find a solution that worked best for us, which *was* to actually cancel. “We signed up for quarterly service in 2025 and had the initial service in June, later in July they came again and did a spray around the house again. I was not paying attention why the two services were so close until in October when we got the second quarterly service, that I realized we had paid for 2 full services already. So I called the customer service and asked why the first two treatment are so close together. James on the phone explained to me that the one in July was an egg cycle service that needs to happen one time, 40 days after the initial service. So first year signing up, expecting 5 services, each with a full service charge. In general we are satisfied with the treatment each time, and before winter they also offered a free check around the house. The guy explained to me what we should be looking for on roof and garage door which is very helpful.”
