“If I could give it a zero I would. They continually arrange times to come to your house without your full permission. I have called many times to let me know in advance when they are coming not an hour before. Also, they trap you with a contract and when I called to change the payment to another date because it's holiday season they still took the amount out of my account. I always answer to let them know what to do with my account and they still do the things I have asked them not to! I will try and get out of this contract as soon as possible!”
