He was thorough with the property just moved into and checked for various forms of pest and meetings during the inspection and even did a termite inspection. He didn’t force any type of extra sales or try to get me to commit to services I didn’t need or want. Overall a very pleasant experience. “Never answer the phone or email, been trying to get a follow up spray but since they've already got my money I guess they could care less. Spend your time and money with a company that actually communicates with customers.”

“I have a contract with them and they don’t respond to calls, emails, or texts when you request a spray in between quarterly sprays. When my quarterly spray was due they would send a text that they were coming the next day but, they don’t give you a time, and they will show up even if you respond no to the text. I find this company highly unprofessional and would NOT recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money with them.”
