“I had one of there employees hit my truck with a big water jug and when I called they got me to a manager and he seem to not want to do anything about it I drive a big yellow dodge and you can notice when something happens to your truck needles to say he didn’t want to do anything and didn’t have time to stay on the phone because I was on my way in to work just in case he read this here the picture of my truck door she hit”

“I did not have a good experience with this company. I had a roach problem. I ended up in a months-long contract with this Emco that resulted in the problem not being resolved. It actually got worse. Between months four and five I called to discuss that the roach activity had worsened only to be given the runaround. I was told that the treatment would cause increased activity before it would get better, to which I questioned why after nearly five months I didn’t see any improvement at all. She continued to give some bologna answer that made no sense. I let them know I was unhappy, but was just kind of told that’s the way it is. Their resolution to my complaint was to stop spraying inside. At that point I just finished out the contract to get it over with. Then contacted a different pest control company that has since solved the issue IN THREE TREATMENTS! No contract. Bottom line, I do not recommend this company. I’m sure they will have something to say about my review. But they cannot deny that I did try to talk to them about it and they were completely uncooperative. Update: Your response is incorrect. I did call and talk to the woman that answered the phone, discussing with her my concerns. You can deny it if you want, but she was not helpful at all. And after that phone call the tech stopped spraying inside my house. I never told her I wanted them to stop spraying inside, but that’s what happened. I just told her that after nearly five months of treatment there should be signs of improvement and there were not. Please use this review to do better with customer service. Stop pretending there wasn’t an issue. (I called your office Dec 13, 2024)”
