From the initial call to when the service was done, they were above and beyond courteous, friendly and professional. I failed to make note of the young ladies name that answered the phone. I was so pleased at the amazing customer service she displayed. The technician, Joe, was the best. Thank you Joe for the way you explained the process in such simple terms. This is going to sound gross but I was disgusted by the mice droppings! Since receiving the service, NO MORE DROPPINGS! The spiders were awful! It hasn't been quite 2 weeks since they exterminated and I have only seen 2 spiders since. Signing up for the quarterly service is one of the best decisions I have made.”
