“Adam came by today for a rescheduled pest control visit, and I was genuinely impressed. The original technician came out yesterday but left without servicing the exterior, saying he couldn’t treat the lawn because the grass was damp. With the weather being so unpredictable, a light rain had started about 30 minutes before today’s appointment. I was fully expecting another reschedule. But instead, Adam knocked, introduced himself, and said, “The lawn’s a little wet, but we have a granular/weather treatment I can apply if you’d like?” That simple offer showed initiative and care.. something I truly appreciated, especially after the previous technician just walked away. Adam was thorough and professional. He took his time outside, then came in and asked if there were any areas we didn’t want sprayed. He even covered his boots before entering, without being asked. As he worked, I asked a couple insect questions and he gave some helpful insight. Great service from someone who was both personable and professional.
