“Update- I still had pests, requested a follow up. A week and 1/2 later they were able to get me in. I asked for someone to be there AFTER 2pm, the scheduler said absolutely no problem. They didn't call as she said they would and they should up at 11:30, I wasn't home. Frustrated with the situation, I cancelled services and they still billed and charged my credit card without consent. Requested a refund yet to be determined if this company has any integrity, they have already proven to be unreliable. As I am reading other reviews, I am finding that these people are thrieves. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!! 1st visit- Gabriel was communicative, friendly and informative. He did a thorough job! Thank you”

“The only reason I gave 1 star is because the technicians who came out to spray were professional and kind. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. From the start, the service was misrepresented. The sales rep assured me they could handle earwigs, but when the technicians arrived, they told me that treatment wouldn’t be effective for those pests. Not long after, my newborn son was diagnosed with a serious airway issue and required two surgeries. I knew I needed to cancel the service for medical reasons and called multiple times, only to be placed on hold for 30 minutes at a time without getting any real help. Eventually, I was told I had a month to follow up before a $250 cancellation fee would be charged. I made it clear in writing that I did not consent to any future charges—and despite that, I was charged the very next morning. Thankfully, my bank was able to dispute the transaction and recover my money, but the entire experience was incredibly stressful during a time when my focus needed to be on my son’s health. I’ve never dealt with a company that showed such a lack of empathy or communication. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a service provider. Oh I forgot to add I met one of their former employees and he even testified that they got cancellations so often and always found a way to take money from people. He said it was the worst scam he ever worked for. I’m not saying it’s all a scam just what he said. And it was pretty disappointing to be told their chemicals would do one thing and then be told by other technicians that’s not true.”
