“I just want to share our experience with Enviroguard. They are hard-sell, door to door pests who try to snare you into using their services. Their service is very sub par, and we are not happy. On or around April 13, they sent two guys out to canvas the neighborhood. They came to our door three times at various times of the day, and each time rang the bell and knocked loudly. They hung out waiting for an answer, ringing again. I am a very ill person, and getting woken up out of a deep sleep at various times of the day was intrusive and upsetting. I ignored them. I never respond to d2d sales. Unfortunately, they lurked around the neighborhood until they noticed my husband getting home. They then came up to him and told him that we have several neighbors who use their service and they want to add us as customers. Maybe I'm wrong but I doubt that. Anyway, they managed to talk him into using their services and had him sign their iPad without emailing or providing him a copy of whatever he was agreeing to. They promised to knock all of our wasp nests off of our eaves, kill any fire ants we have (we don't), spray the yard for all manner of insects, including moving planters and spraying behind them. They also promised rodent elimination, which we don't need. They charged us $53, and a guy came out later on that day or the next day. He did a very, very quick job, leaving the biggest wasp nest untouched. If he sprayed the backyard I didn't see him do it and I certainly didn't see him moving planters or anything else. He wasn't here long enough to do all that anyway. They called Rob and gave him some reason why they didn't do it all. They never have come back, but they charged our account again, this time for $74 on May 11. I tried to call them twice to cancel, but got voicemail. I left messages each time. No response whatsoever. I have instructed My bank to reverse the latest charge and block all future charges from them. I checked their Reddit reviews which are abominable. I left a 1 star for them. Sorry to go on, but this is why I do not do business with door to door sales or proselytizing people. May 22, 2026 Follow up I followed the advice of whoever wrote the reply to my review and called the number they gave. A man answered the phone and put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I recorded the call so I have proof of that. No one ever picked up the phone and by the time it rolled around towards 5:00 I hung up because I figured they were just going to leave me and then go home. I received a threatening email that they were going to try to charge me some 300 plus nearly $400 for canceling the service. Threatening me with collections if I did not. That's a pretty lame threat, because I'll make a real big stink out of this. A public stink. We were treated like garbage. I'm going to attach a photo of the hornet's nest that was left. We're so done with them.”

“I’ll be honest, I wasn't very impressed at first. We signed up for a quarterly plan last Saturday with Jade, who was very nice and professional, and she got us scheduled for our first appointment this past Tuesday. The technician, Erick Vela, and another guy arrived, and while they were nice enough, the service was horrible. They were in and out in exactly 15 minutes for both the interior and exterior of the residence. When I checked my cameras, you could clearly see a lack of care; one of them paid more attention to taking pictures of my dog than actually providing the service we paid for. After seeing the footage, I called the office. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered to send someone immediately. I scheduled them for today (Friday) to coincide with me getting back into town. Adam Lopez showed up at noon as promised, and he did an amazing job! He arrived with equipment the first crew didn’t even have and hit the entire property inside and out. He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Because of Adam’s great personality and work ethic, I decided to go with a 5-star review. I’ll definitely be staying with EnviroGuard as long as the team takes as much pride in their work as he does.
