“In July we paid over $300 for this company to come out and catch a mouse in our kitchen that we were unable to catch. When they were here, we were told that we had a year from our initial inspection for them to come back if we had any other problems at no cost. That’s what sold us on using their services. They caught our mouse and did some “mouse proofing” and we didn’t have any more issues until today. We heard a mouse in the same area of our kitchen and my husband saw it. I called to get someone back out and was told we only had 60 days from out initial inspection to have someone back out. I told the woman on the phone we were told a year and she just kept repeating 60 days. Pretty disappointed and will definitely not be paying another $300 to have them out again. We not feel it was a waste of money to use this company to begin with.”

“I never write reviews, but I am just so disappointed with the Windsor location that I just had to say something. Been with them since June. I have to call every month to get them to come out even though I have asked them to come out every 2-4 weeks from the start. I send emails telling them where the rodents are so they can place traps appropriately and they don't. They don't call back, they don't respond to emails. Rodents are inside the house now. Spoke to Manager Celeste today, she's unprofessional & uncaring. She insist I signed up for quarterly even though I have proof that I have requested at least every 4 weeks. She doing a huge disservice to this company!”
