“I've had 2 positive experiences with Evans Pest Control in the past few years. In 2021, they quickly controlled and resolved a serious rodent problem in a community center where I worked. No more rats scurrying through the kitchen and nibbling foodstuffs! In 2024, our sensitive-nosed shiba alerted us to a rodent problem in our rowhome. They came promptly and were upfront on pricing options. The Evans rep Ryan B did a great job explaining where and why the bait traps were placed. He was careful about placing traps so that our dog could not access them. Our 2-week recheck showed that there was no fresh rodent activity.”
