“I highly recommend EES for all your (creepy-crawly) extermination needs!, and here's my story about~ "How Raymond Came To My Rescue And Why I Chose EES" by Yours Truly I didn't know. I waited. Then, one day, it hit me. I've got a carpenter ant infestation! I researched. Sure seemed like it. Then my BFF said to take care of it immediately. I bought 2 traps. One for my room, the other in the kitchen. At some point, I made my own spray! What a mess it left... yuck! Sticky and red stains... There were a LOT! I saw them outside by the front door, crawling on the edge of the driveway, and all along my bedroom!... [see photos] Initially, I didn't pay too much attention thinking they were just the regular black ants... no big deal, right?!? Never mind that their dead carcasses were all over my bedroom window sill where I put one trap... and there were a zillion by the front door, also dead. It didn't register that I had carpenter ants, and they're gonna wreak havoc and cost me a LOT if I don't take care of the problem immediately! So... I called 3 different exterminating companies. The first guy was really nice. He took a cursory glance in the attic (I provided the ladder) and a quick browse (at my insistence) around the premises (mine and my neighbor's). I wasn't impressed, and I told him I didn't need nor want a monthly... and that I'd two more companies and wasn't going to make a snap decision. The second company didn't even bother to come out. They asked where I lived and wanted to sell me a monthly, as well. No thanks! I didn't feel that the amount of bugs I had warranted a monthly, plus I began to doubt if their product was any good if they had to offer a monthly, and then there was the "sell, sell, sell " factor. I wasn't buying! The last company, Excellent Environmental Services, was without a doubt! the best! Raymond came about 5 our 6 pm, before dark, when the carp. ants are most active. He was amazing! I didn't have to ask or insist. He knows his business! 30 years!! I didn't have to ask for him to look over my neighbor's property, he inspected all the trees in mine and my neighbor's yards, and when I asked questions, I realized that the woodpecker was always in the sabal Palm... and sure enough, that's where he found the nest!! He soaked the tree with "the good stuff". 15 minutes to dry... and it worked immediately, the ants were "dropping like flies"! ?? Raymond climbed into the attic over my bedroom- using his own ladder (the coolest ladder I've ever seen!), and used a fogger there. The thing I liked the most about Raymond was his genuine honesty. He didn't try to sell me a monthly plan. He told me straight up after taking care of the tree and the surrounding areas that I'll see a slight increase in activity for the next 3 days, and after that, they'll taper off. If not, I should call him back as there might be another nest. Now THAT made sense! Raymond was so personable and pleasant. I felt comfortable. You can tell when someone's kind and honest and not trying to sell you anything but the service requested. Thank you, Raymond, for your integrity and generosity. You are an amazing man and made my day. ... and that is why I highly recommend EES for all your (creepy-crawly) extermination needs!”
