“F&W is extremely professional and reliable , and their receptionist Jackie is always so pleasant and accommodating. We have a contract with them and they come quarterly, doing follow up inspections and addressing any new problems or concerns we have. We live in the woods and get every rodent and insect you can imagine , and we have noticed a huge difference since we started working with them. “I called on July 21 to make an appointment to get rid of bees we were having an issue with and was told they were booking the week of August 4.I hadn’t expected to wait 2 weeks for an appointment but took the first one available which was Monday Aug 4.I was told they don’t give a time so I made sure to be home all day.When I hadn’t heard from anyone by 2:30 I tried to call the landline but the phone never rang so I found another number on the website that said I could text and sent a text asking if someone was still coming to our house. I never got a reply and nobody ever showed up.When I called the next morning and explained what happened,the woman told me she had no notes that said I had an appointment on the 4th but I was scheduled on Aug 25, which was absolutely NOT true…no apology offered for a no show or lack of text response.I get that things sometimes happen and schedules get messed up,but not being honest doesn’t give much confidence in how the business is run.”
