“We discovered one of our bedrooms was infested with bed bugs. I hired a company that I thought was the best. They were highly recommended by a co-worker. They could not get rid of the bed bugs. After giving us 3 treatments over the summer, we still had them (in the couch and in the one bedroom). The company was going to charge me again to do more treatments. That's when I call F & W Pest Control. They were wonderful. Shane spoke with me on the phone and told me about bed bug detectors. He came promptly to inspect the house. He reviewed preparation tips for me. The office scheduled our 1st treatment within a few days. They did 3 examinations and treatments each one week apart. Each time Christian came to the house, He listened to my findings and concerns. The most important part about getting rid of the bed bugs was to continue sleeping in the room so the bugs would come out of hiding and get exposed to the treatment chemicals. I had previously kept that room closed off. That's probably why the previous treatments did not work. I should have called F & W first. They knew how to get rid of the bed bugs and communicated what I needed to hear. Thank you.”
