“We had a scheduled service with Alex Hagen today. Our kids were home and Alex was so patient with them. My youngest was very curious and followed him around the house and my oldest wanted to show him all of his toys (and toy bugs). Alex talked to them, waved to them, and was so friendly while spraying our home. It was so sweet, and really appreciated!”

“I had Fenix for 1 1/2 years. Although they were expensive, they did what I asked them to do, and the technicians were good. While going through a remodel, I paused my service. During that remodel, a competitor offered the same exact service for 1/2 the price, so I notified Fenix I was canceling my service. What followed was ridiculous. They called non-stop to try and get me to reconsider, sent technicians to my house three different times to try and do a service I told them I no longer needed, and then when they realized I was for sure leaving, they billed me another $142 for a service they didn't perform. I protested the bill, and they said their contract says I have to give a 30 day notice, and so they demanded payment. I viewed the contract, and it does not say that, and says IF SERVICE IS PERFORMED, then payment is required. Fenix threatened to send this phantom bill to collections if not paid. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about these fraudulent practices, but expect it to go nowhere. They stated they attempted to contact me about this bill, but in reality they only called trying to get me to stay on as a customer and failed to mention they would charge me an extra service if I made the decision to leave. Ultimately, I paid this phantom charge so they could get one more payment out of me, since that was all they cared about. This is a company that performs the service they say they'll do, but their front office is shady and I would not recommend using their service! They are absolutely terrible and fraudulent! If you plan on paying more than all other competitors, then they'll do the service you want them to do. I would not recommend!”
