“Horrible service/scam — The owner came out to give me the initial quote and said $500 to spray as I live on 1 1/2 acre. I said that was too much just from calling around. He agreed to $275 and because I was having a party the next day I agreed. We were mainly trying to get rid of biting gnats, mosquitoes, ants. I was also concerned because I knew it was going to rain. He let me know it didn’t matter if it rained because he uses oil based products that took 30 minutes to dry. (But warmed me to keep my sprinklers off for 24hr) strange but ok. He said he had a 90day guarantee anyway. It ended up raining hard within 2 hours. It is now 1 week later and we have ants everywhere— along with all other bugs still. I called him back to see what to do. He said it’s normal to be worse / it takes 30 days to work. I said we obviously would not pick something that takes 30 days to work or makes it worse. Could he take a look, he said it was illegal to spray again 1 week later. I said what about my warranty, he said ok I will come back in 2 weeks. I said what about all these ants we never had a problem with in our garage. Could he look? He said he is out of town. I said I would leave a review, he then refused to come out and said - notice your receipt did not have a guarantee. Stunned— complete scam. Do not use this guy”

“The owner came to my house, and was very professional and educated on pest control, he absolutely took our dogs and children into consideration and explained how the chemicals work. Dogs and kids were fine, and our pests are gone! Literally, pests are dead everywhere. I completely recommend First Defense Pest control, not to mention that they are reasonably priced compared to the other guys!”
