“Been paying a contract renewal, as required by my mortgage company, every year for several years now. My only problem with it is, I've never actually seen them come to my property and inspect or spray or anything, not even once. I have security cameras up, and have been home almost everytime they say someone has come by to do what they claim to have done, but in the 6 years that I've been living in my home I've never seen anyone come here either while I was home or on camera. Half my house was blown away in a hurricane because of termite damage, I've been overrun by spiders, and have found snakes and rats in my yard. What am I paying this contract for again?”
