“Very disappointed in the service. I had used the service for a few years and during that time did not ever receive an invoice. Occasionally I would receive notification that a representative was coming to refill traps. However, the rep knew how to let himself into our yard and did not announce himself or let us know when he had been there. Not receiving an invoice became very important because since I didn't know the tech had been there, I didn't know when payment was expected or due. Until I received a late notice which would come in the mail sans invoice to tell me I was late. I would pay the invoices, through my bank's electronic pay system (which also took almost 7 to 10 business days to post as a credit at Fox delaying my payment further) and then I would call the service line to request that when a tech came he/she would properly announce their arrival (leave me a VM, an invoice on the door, ring the doorbell , etc) and to please send me an electronic invoice following the service so I could pay right away. After multiple requests, no invoice was ever sent nor did any tech who came to the house ever announce himself. After my last service the last invoice was quite overdue because the late notice came late as well. I paid the notice immediately upon receiving it and called the company right away to let them know it was coming. The representative I spoke to at this time offered to schedule me another appointment and then said she would send me electronic invoices and connect me to a portal so I would have the information more timely. I asked to delay the service by 1 month because the snow was so heavy. After that, no portal information ever came, no service tech ever showed up and I never heard from any representative again. I finally received a call from a rep asking if they could reinstate my service. I responded that I did not know my service had been suspended and asked to reinstate it. Upon making the request to reinstate it, I was told that my prior pricing was no longer available that I had paid for the last few years and that I would now be charged almost $400 more for the same service package. I regretfully had to cancel my service because of this as it was no longer affordable. I want to say that the service technicians that came to the house were always very professional and courteous when I did see them. Emphasize did because I did not often know they had been to the house. However, the operations team seems to not prioritize customer service and upon many attempts on my part to correct and meet my very basic of service needs, the company had failed to meet them at almost every turn. It was so concerning to have late payments when I pride myself on financial readiness and having made every attempt to work with this company to be timely.”
