“Had friendly chats with the sales guy and tech. Wanted mainly mosquito treatment. Come Monday it was raining so they delayed it, that made sense. Next day it was still a bit rainy but the tech said it was OK. He did the treatment no issues. It medium rained about an hour later. I emailed if this was OK, no response. 3 days later still quite a few mosquitos in the back yard. Called and left a message (holiday weekend, not upset at all if I don't hear back until Monday). I'm confident they will call back and offer to treat again at no charge bc the first wasn't super effective. I'll update next week. Edit: i went ahead and called on July 4th and they answered and scheduled me for next week. I mostly just called out of curiosity. Pleasantly surprised at working on a holiday. They said they will treat until the issue is resolved at no charge. Yay. Updated to 4 stars. Prices reasonable, although I don't understand paying monthly for a quarterly treatment”

“No option for 0 stars. Claim to be “Fox Family”. Refused to refund me after their sales manager Keaton Graham gave me his word for a refund if we were to change our minds and want to cancel. Bunch of scammers. He leaves his home state to sign others up so that way when you call your local fox pest control they could care less. I specifically told him when he was offering me the service that if I were to change my mind I would be eligible for a refund and he said yes. Now that’s not the case. Plus the technician came out the service took him less then 2 minutes and he sat around in his truck for half an hour afterwards”
