“Never again will I recommend this place to ANYONE. Earlier this year, Sometime in May or June, I called them out to do a pre-season spray/treatment for insects. Fast forward to July, I was having a MAJOR Wasp issue, So i called them back, as I was told the service had some sort of warranty and it hadn't even been a full 60 days since the initial call. I get told "Well your initial call was only for "Ground Based" insects" WAS NOT told about any of that during the treatment. I am then told, that since I shelled out $300+ on the first visit less than 60 days ago, I can pay an additional $450 and it would turn into a Full 1 year service contract, from the date that I paid that $450 So i talked it over with my partner, we agreed to go ahead and do it. Now don't get me wrong, their work was Good, the wasp problem diminished pretty quickly. But then fast forward to today I get an invoice. For more money. On top of the over $800 I've paid them this year alone. (I have the bank statements, but of course Franklin Pest Solutions have 0 record of any of this in their system), so I call them to ask what is going on, and I'm greeted with "Well we don't have any payment from you prior to that $450, in fact we have no record of it at all", which again, I have the bank statements to prove it and the email receipts. TL;DR? Great services, VERY SHADY people when it comes to money.”

“DO NOT sign a contract with Franklin pest. They will make You pay the $150 cancellation fee, no matter how bad their Service was. They were good at showing up when we had ongoing ant issues. But the real problem was the Ant issue was never resolved. We have continued Ant problems no matter how many times they’ve showed up. I’m pretty sure they’re Spraying sugar water. There is absolutely no chemicals in there product!!”
