“WE recently heard "activity" in our attic. Having lived in Houston for over 50 years, we suspected the issue. I called Frontier and was greeted with very helpful and friendly associate. Easily set up a time to come inspect and assess the problem. Shane came out, was very thorough and showed where there were tracks and problems. He provided what I considered to be a reasonable quote considering the work to be done. HE and two colleagues came out earlier this week and did all the work in about 3 hours. During the work, the owner of Frontier came out to see how things were going (I really like that - and I had focused on Frontier as it is local in Katy). Anyway they blocked all potential entry points, left traps and will be back to check in the next couple of weeks ( as it's been so hot, there was no signs or sounds of critters these past few week, but there was a hole under one of the eaves and Shane pointed out the telltale signs of activity). Time will tell if it was successful but I was pleased with the friendly and professional service. I plan to shift our pest control service to Frontier (regular insects and termite )”
