“We used them for termite service back in 2017 with an annual renewal contract where they come back and inspect yearly for a fee ($115). The past 2 years we've tried to get a hold of them and they are not responsive. They were over 4 months late on their yearly renewal in 2020 (November) pushing it to 2021. Couldn't get a hold of them for the 2021 inspection. And still haven't been able to reach them for this years inspection 2022. Today 10/14/22 we recieve a year and a half old bill we've never seen before claiming its past due. I tried calling but the only provided number has a voice mailbox that's full. I will never recommend and not sure how they've stayed in business if not because of being a hometown business.”
