“Said they would be there between hours of 1-5 pm. Sends a TEXT at 4:25 PM saying they won’t be able to make and it cannot reschedule at this time. Letting me know 35 minutes prior to the end of their arrival window when I took the entire afternoon off work and waited all afternoon. Other competitors in the area closed in 5 minutes, too late to reschedule elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend their poor professionalism and reliability.”
