“Ryan was extremely thorough. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and a man of his word. We appreciate the honesty and integrity of Good News Pest. We’ve had to retain them for a raccoon family who chose our attic to nest in. They safely rescued the babies. That was a few years back. Then in 2024, we contracted them again for a rat problem. They came several times, set traps, caught the creatures, sealed and sanitized. Well these rodents are back. I frantically called this AM as we have the one year contract and Rick arrived at about 2 pm today. This rat situation has persisted and he assured us that he and his team would do everything their company can to eradicate them . They have wreaked havoc and have caused damage to our weather stripping, molding and chewed holes in our ceiling. Thank you Ryan for diligently working on this. 🐀🐀😖Hopefully, we’ll get these rodents.
