Despite agreeing to a full-house service, the technician only treated select areas to save time. We’ve had to request retreatments for three months in a row, and now they refuse further service, calling it “too many.” Communication is slow and unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs and go elsewhere, it’s not worth the headache.”
