“I’ve been with Green Earth Pest control for 10+ years on numerous properties. I called in today to find out the last time they came to the house (I’m set up quarterly), because my tenants have mentioned they haven’t seen them in a while. I found out that the last time they were there was 5/6/25, but were not scheduled to return until 9/25/25, which is almost 2 months late! When Cary (sp) put me on hold to find out why, he came back with - due to losing so many clients after the Palisades fire, they have needed to reformat their schedule. On top of that, They now require that a card to pay with is now left on file. I never heard a word from them that they have changed their schedule and they choose the summer, which is the worst for bugs to make this change. My family has given them a tremendous amount of business and as of today they are done! One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I hate to say it, but I don’t even trust that they came the last time. They said they came. Do better, Green Earth Pest Control and good riddance!”

Our service person Will is careful and considerate. I prefer non-toxic extermination and no human or pet has ever had reaction to the service.”
