“So far so good! We started using them this past Fall. We've always had ants, seeds bugs and other infestations and have used other companies where we have either had issues or the company got sold and things just went downhill. After reading numerous good reviews we contacted Green Pest Defense when we got a sudden ant infestation after a whole house renovation. They were extremely responsive and patient. Answered every email, phone call and question we had. They came out right away and consistently came back until the ants were gone. Alex has been been doing our maintenance treatments and he has been wonderful. As soon as my daughter saw her first seed bug in her room, I just simply replied to the email that said you have a maintenance appointment coming up in a few days and mentioned it to them. Alex took care of it at that appointment. Everyone is super friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend them, even just based on customer service alone. Excited to see how the rest of the year goes as we add more services on.”
