“They used to come here for like5-10 minutes 15 minutes at the most and they barely did any actual spraying to kill the mosquitoes and I asked them to spray on my grandsons window because he had stick bugs on his window and they sprayed on his window and there was no change the stink bugs came back. Also I called them multiple time to talk to them about why they have been doing all that and every time I called them they always said we will give you a free one month service as an apology for what they have been doing and even for the free month they never came back and I talk to them last month and they said the same thing gave me a free one month service and now a couple days ago they send me a bill in the mail and it was $89:00 and I called them and asked why they sent me this bill when the gave me the last three months for free and when I called them they said the payment was from the collection”

“I received an email about my payment method on Saturday July 16, 2022 about the service performed July 15, 2022. I called Monday morning and explained there was fraud on the card I had on file. Therefore, the card was canceled and I have not received my new card yet. I verified the address to mail a check and ask she make a note in my account. A short time later I received a call about my payment method. Once again I explained the card was canceled due to fraud. Then I received two more emails about the payment one at 11:26 am and again at 11:58 all on Monday, July 18, 2022. This after calling and explaining to them. It was explained the check is in the mail. You should receive it by the end of this week. Hopefully the company doesn't go bankrupt before then. Enough is enough, I called and requested my service be canceled. The person that rolled up on his scooter and signed me up was untruthful about what would be done. That's putting it politely. The truth is he lied. I should have canceled it after the first visit. When I signed up I was told that the company would perform the outside spray of the entire home and 10 feet from the home. It’s basically a pressure wash like my previous pest control company in Texas had done for over 10 years. The sales representative assured me they would do that. Not once has the service been performed as promised. All they do is walk around the house with a two gallon spray bottle and throw granules around the house. I called to cancel the service and he said I had one more remaining on the contract and I would be charged a higher amount for canceling the contract. I said no cancel it now. Your company doesn't do what they promise. Buy your own solution and do it yourself or use another company.”
