“Clay Singer came out to our house to today to treat our exterior house for various insect issues we have been experiencing. Clay was very friendly and helpful as I explained some of the issues we had been experiencing regarding insects. He proceeded to provide a good overall coverage by treating the various areas around our house and that I had mentioned. This is the first time we have ever hired an exterminator to help eliminate issues regarding wasps, hornets, mosquitoes and ants. “I can't wait for my contract with this company to be over. They've lied several times, claiming they came out when they didn’t—I can see on my camera that sometimes they just drive by. When they do show up, the service is subpar. I initially contacted them about ants and occasional spider issues, and for the first couple of months, their service was good. However, the pest problems have returned, and I’ve been paying for months without any real results. I called them to address the issue, and while they promised a free mid-month spray to make up for their mistakes, they ended up trying to charge me for it instead. I feel like I've been scammed.”
