“Terrible company, do not hire them for pest control. Upon interviewing them to service my home, I asked if they were able to treat carpenter bees or if that was an extra fee (as I know it’s a complex treatment). They assured me it was no extra and they were one of the only companies in the area that would treat them with their normal monthly plan. After the first treatment, the gentleman told me that they was in fact an additional ($200-300) charge to do the full treatment. I proceeded to call and cancel my subscription and hire someone else. Their customer service was terrible. I was on the phone for an hour getting transferred to all sorts of people for them to tell me that they absolutely will not let me out of my year long contract. I am not stuck paying a company $50/month that isn’t doing anything for me. They come out once a quarter, always when I’m not home to supposedly treat. I still have stink bugs, lady bugs, and mice despite their attempts. I have told them they need to spray inside the house, they never have. I am a homeowner in multiple states and have never had such a terrible experience with pest control.”
