“All the 1 start reviews are real... Sales person came to my door told me I can cancel anytime, then I got a phone call from them asking me to agree on terms and conditions, but those terms and condition were not disclosed. Apparently they record the call, but I was never asked for consent. I am not happy with their service, so I called to cancel. Angela from customer support told me right away that there is a $250 cancellation fee and if I don't pay it will be sent to debt collectors. I called again and talked with the manager, Rachel and explained that I was never made aware that I was signing up for a 12 month contract and I was not made aware of the $250 cancellation fee which would have been a red flag to me. She told she will listen to the phone call I had where the terms were disclosed and reach back the next day. I looked on Yelp and I see other people have been a victim of the same sales tactic and I plan to file a police complaint. Will keep you updated how this turns out. UPDATE: Rachel called me and informed she has a recording of the phone call I had with them where I agreed to the terms of the contract. I tried to reason to no avail, they removed my credit card from my account and told me the $250 termination fee will be charged to my account and it will go to the debt collector after 90 days. I will file a complaint. If this is the type a business you want to work with, good luck!”

“Save your $. Their rates are insane and they are nice enough to charge you $69 every month so it’s more affordable yet they only come out every other month( a lady from their office told me this). If you’re lucky enough to actually catch them in the act of showing up, lucky you, if you don’t they send an email saying they stop by but who knows if they really did. I just paid $250 to cancel this contract. My only regret is not canceling this sooner to save money. I’m gonna forgive my husband for his poor judgment on this one.”
