“Deeply Unsatisfied With Greenleaf Pest Control I’m writing this review because of ongoing issues with Greenleaf Pest Control’s business practices, billing accuracy, and customer service. In mid-June, a salesperson came to my home (new development) despite a clearly posted no-solicitation sign. He rang the doorbell and knocked repeatedly while I was working from home. To get him to leave, I agreed to try the $1 one-month service he offered. I authorized only that trial month. They serviced my home only once inside and only twice total, yet they attempted to bill me for six months of service I did not authorize. When I disputed the charges, they told me the “early cancellation” fee would be $250—despite the fact that I never agreed to an ongoing contract. My interaction with Ashley in customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort to problem-solve or resolve the dispute. I would not recommend Greenleaf Pest Control, especially to residents in new developments. Ignoring posted signs, misrepresenting services, and charging for months of work that never occurred are unacceptable business practices.”
