“Technicians are nice but that's about it. They promise the world and don't deliver. Had an ant problem that they could not get under control. Called them out over and over with little to no results. Spent 493.00 for no results. Also, They won't mention a 1 year contract until you go to cancel. Paid for lawn care also with no results. In their defense I was only with them for a short amount of time. So the lawn was not a big deal. The pest service not having results quickly was a problem. Just my two cents.”

“Waynes bought out Gulf Coast Pest Control Company and whole they kept my technician Eddie, the office staff are not feiendly on the phone and I am no longer able to afford the flea tick and mosquito control service. Also, Wayne's requires a 12-month locked-in contract for this service which Gulf Coast never required. So I will be looking for a new pest control and lawn service because I'm not going to be locked into a contract for fleas and mosquitoes which are not a problem in the winter.”
