“Recently I used their services & initially heard nothing but good things & also how affordable they were. Karen booked us for the morning on tuesday .Karen calls towards the end of the day to verify with me what time she scheduled us in for since she had forgotten. First red flag .Not a big deal but figured I'd mention they dont do reminder calls prior to appointments . Tuesday comes & they're over 20 min late . I decide to call & they say they were running late due to forgetting supplies. Nonetheless , services were provided. Couple weeks later bugs start coming out & call to get rescheduled, free of charge. Tuesday morning comes,15 min prior they call to cancel & get scheduled for Friday morning, 30 min late again i call them to see what's going on & Karen is hearing me on VM call , She then accidentally answers mid VM & doesnt realise it yet . In the background noise i can hear she sounds aggravated that I called , she overhears my hellos & picks up & her tone was very condescending & says she'd call back on 6/28/19 & still havent heard anything back from them since then.”
