“They came last feb 2023 and made marks for areas to be tx for termites (some areas treated not close enough to house), called several tx……. No service to date jan 2024. Can’t wait til next month when annual inspection due!!!!!!!!”

“We needed a termite contract/bond because the one that came with our home lapsed erroneously—we blamed the company they blamed us kind-of-thing—and we weren’t satisfied with them anyway. We made the appointment and the technician, Clay, came on the day/time we requested. He was very polite, calling ahead of time and confirming the address, then he arrived 15 minutes later. After the inspection, he presented us with our options and gave a lot of background info about the how/why/what regarding the work to be performed as well as the cost. He also shared detailed info about the species that’s so problematic in the region (Formosan termite) and laid out a timeline including what he’d do that day and about future annual inspections. The pricing was reasonable, and the explanations went a long way in making us confident about signing our contract. We’ve both lain awake at night for a year because we didn’t have a termite contract, but now we do, and we’re pleased with our selecting Havard. No, we haven’t had annual service yet, so my review is based solely on today’s work performed and detailed product and “potential threats”information. But that meant a great deal to us, and we’re very pleased with Havard so far. So this review is more designed to help someone make a decision when presented with a host of options, just as we were.”

“I gave 3 stars because they were very nice. They were always on time and were very courteous. They did some patch work, LOTS of it and I really do appreciate that. However, they could never get the rat. Week 2 I started asking about poison because I didn't want the rat to live with me any longer. Thought we would have this thing taken care of, but he was smart I guess. They kept saying poison was dangerous. I get that, but I did not have any animals nor kids running around. They just kept putting out more traps and glue traps. Week 3 comes around, I hear nothing as well as week 4. I finally had enough and grabbed an $8 pack of poison and I never opened it, but the rat did. He must have made a new hole or one was missed because I never heard from him again nor did I smell him. I want to make clear that they were really nice, but communication wasn't there after a couple of weeks.”
