“I had an issue with this company and I proceeded to cancel my account. I was sent over to Tyler with accounts management and he told me he would lower my rate to $45 a month and just to sign this quick document. I had no idea I was signing to extend service for a year. He never told me this and yes it’s my fault for not questioning it. Upon reading the document again I called back 30 min after said document and told him that’s not what I agreed to, he basically told me it was my problem. I’m now stuck with a $200 cancellation fee from a shady company. I am disgusted and saddened by being misled.”

“Hands down biggest scam ever. Please be aware that this company does not care about the customer but only cares about running your card for payments. You will be charged even if no service is provided. They are worse than the government on taking your hard earned money. 0 stars in my book. Plus your $40 a month can turn to $400 real quick. They screwed us royally. Do not I repeat do not use this company. You can hire someone who has no idea what they are doing to come and do nothing and that would still be better than the service they provide. I'm assuming 5 star reviews are being paid for.”
