He checked the rodent stations carefully and clearly communicated that there was significant activity, even sharing photos so I could understand the situation. I really appreciated his honesty and his recommendation for a free home inspection to ensure everything stays under control. Scheduling the follow-up inspection was easy as well. “My father was charged $1100.00 for services not being met. After 2 treatments the issue still well an issue. They also missed the last appointment day stating that they canceled without notification. They changed the date to another day (yesterday) and guess what they didnt show. My father then recieved a text stating they are done with services?!?! Time to lawyer up. This will be made right!”
