“DO NOT waste your time or money. I’ve been paying monthly from 2022-2025. The last 8 months I have not received any service but the kicker is Brian Bradford said he was here! The pictures he posted were old pictures as my siding was redone. Trying to get a refund was a nightmare. They want you to prove the service wasn’t done. How do you prove someone wasn’t at your house? That’s impossible even with cameras. PLEASE find somewhere else to go. Their pest and ant spray never worked.”

“UPDATE: "Sydney" responded - no resolution. Despite calling to cancel and being told I was cancelled, the representative did not close my account. Instead he manipulated the call to schedule a "final" service and lied to me that I would not be charged again and my account was cancelled. Any rational person would understand that I wanted to cancel and not be charged again, this was a predatory tactic to get another month of payment. Absolutely terrible customer service and practice. I'm embarrassed that I ever recommended them. Used them for several years and were happy with service and even recommended to others. We cancelled to take a break and were told "no further action needed on our part" and assured we were cancelled and would not be charged again. The next month I was charged so I called to get it refunded. I was told even though we cancelled we were suppose to call back again to confirm that we cancelled...allegedly we were sent an email explaining this (we have multiples from Hawx because we never delete our emails, but none saying we needed to call back to confirm cancellation.) It's not about the money but it's the fact that it feels like they tricked us into paying for another month and then just kept saying "we should have known" and they can't help with anything because of their "system". If a company tells me I will not be charged again I do not think I should take that to mean I better double check and call back to confirm a second time. Very shady business that I will now go out of my way to never recommend.”
