“Scam company. Changed my review from 5 stars to 1. Would give a 0 if I could. I have tried to cancel my service over multiple months after seeing service decline over the past couple of YEARS. I called to cancel, and when I saw another charge last month I was shocked. Called and was told I need to call and cancel the service twice to have the service charges stopped. When I was sent to an account manager (for the second time in two months), he put me on hold without saying a word, then hung up after 30 mins without another word. Of course I called back and said the line was disconnected, and I was shocked when the lady was able to send me right back to Ricardo. Ricardo came up with an excuse of course and when I finally got a confirmation of my account being closed I cut my losses over the past few months just to not have to deal with these scam artists again.”

“Reps from the company were canvassing our neighborhood. One rep appeared on our driveway and began the pitch. I asked them to come back to speak with my husband. The rep did so. He seemed knowledgeable and had solutions for our concerns. We decided to give this company a try. We scheduled a date for them to come out. That day came and went. No show, no contact. No service was done that day, but my bank account was debited. We followed up with the company and were rescheduled for a few days later. Again, no show, no contact. After my husband had contacted them both times, we were only given excuses. They were not apologetic nor proactive in getting our service completed. They certainly took the money quick enough. We have requested for our money to be refunded. We will see what happens next.”
