My last service I was running a little late and I called the office to let them know that if they couldn’t wait for me that was fine. And Chris took the courtesy to actually wait the extra time to allow me to get back for our appointment. And in this day and age when schedules are so tight and often Techs or companies would not allow for that extra time Chris, in my opinion, went above and beyond by waiting for me! I would also like to acknowledge Melissa. She’s always always so sweet on the phone. Always very professional as well and even takes the time to write notes in my file about different dates I may or may not be available as well as reminding me when my payment is coming out.
