He got back to me on Wednesday and was in Max Thursday for a free inspection. He answered all my stupid, inane questions. He read my paragraph text messages. Less than a week after finding bed bugs, the main and top floors have been heat treated and the basement chemically treated. We're back in our house, which has been Marie Kondo-ed, and are still reorganizing, but Mr. Herman kept us from going insane.”
