“I’ve never been spoken to by an exterminator — or any professional service provider — the way I was spoken to today by the Hobbs employee who serviced our apartment. Just because I’m not a homeowner at the moment doesn’t mean I deserve to be treated disrespectfully. We spent three days — including pulling an all-nighter — preparing for this treatment, and the way I was addressed was completely uncalled for. We didn’t personally pay for the service, nor were we living in conditions that warranted it — it was a mandatory requirement imposed by our property management company. I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, without judgment or assumptions. When we do own a home again, I can confidently say we will not be choosing Hobbs Pest Control. I don’t think there’s any excuse for the way I was spoken to.”
