“Fortunately, we never used this service and I've been here over 25 years. And after this morning, we never will. I live in Margate and both my husband and I are professionals. Our car broke down while I was following my husband to the Toyota dealership today, and we pulled over into Hoffman’s Exterminator’s parking lot, to make a phone call. The owner or manager pulled into the parking lot and starting beeping his horn for us to shut our door so he could park. There were 10 other spots available. We then proceeded to leave but the car was still not running properly so we pulled back in again. He came outside and asked what was going on and told me to move my car as some trucks needed to park there. I told him my car broke down. He dismissed me with his hand and shook his head and went back inside. He was rude and not the slightest bit concerned about my well- being. He could care less. We then limped out of his parking so as to not make a scene. My husband and I both came to the same conclusion, what an unkind businessman. He didn’t offer any assistance whatsoever or even a kind word. This review is being done because this is not a thing to do to people with car trouble. So for the future I would not recommend Hoffman’s Exterminating such a disgruntled person to come into my home or business.”

“They are a bunch of grifters! We signed a contract for mosquito services that we’re not performed all summer long. Once we realized that the services were never performed and contacted them they promised to refund our money. Then they stopped following up and not only did they not refund the money but they continued to charge us for those services that they never performed!! I’ve never seen such a poorly run business. Once you sign up and they have the money they stop all pretense of customer service.”
