“This company stated they had a free 1 week follow-up spray that I never received. The appointment time was marked "cancelled" by the exterminator with no reason listed. I wasn't made aware of the cancellation or notified to reschedule. I called to see when my next monthly appt was scheduled and it's for 3 days from now which I was also not made aware of. It's not listed in my account with the company nor was I called. The woman I spoke to stated they call 5 days in advance and offered no other assistance as to why I didn't receive my 1 week complimentary spray after the first visit. I had to request to speak with someone about the issue and was told I'd receive a call back. The communication is lacking majorly with this company. The pricing differed in all units in my building when we received the exact same amount of spraying for our issue. I had to lock my pets up all day per their request for an appointment they no showed to without even reaching out and informing me of until I called asking.”

“Overpriced, disorganized, communication lacking. The communications within this company and from this company need some serious work. I have no idea how the actual pest control services are as I never got to that point. I booked service, was told a contract would be e-mailed to me, and never received the e-mail. I called the day of the service, was told the e-mail had been sent (not in my spam folder, not in my inbox, no idea where they sent it) as well as being told a phone call with a message was left on my phone number the day before. Nope, neither of those things happened on my end. No e-mail received, no phone call received, no voice mail message left. I told Tammy to cancel the call for service and have my money refunded. If the company was unable to communicate properly, I had no reason to believe their services would be any better. Got a phone call the next day from another person saying hey let's get your contact information correct so we can come out and complete these services. Um, not sure how refund my money because I don't want to do business with you got translated into let's get your contact information correct, so I told her no, refund my money. She said ok and I thought that was the end of it. Refund was issued but yet I've gotten two more phone calls from Tammy asking me to send back the contract which never got sent to my e-mail. I'm sure it got sent to someone's e-mail, just not mine. So, not only did they not come out, not only did it take me telling them twice to refund my money, now they're hounding me to send in a contract that they never sent me. Hopefully calling a third time gets it fully communicated that I don't want their services. And lastly, they charged $300 for service another company offered for $125.”
