“At the beginning of the year I had started to notice rodent droppings in my basement. I reached out to the Home Paramount office and they scheduled the inspector Austin Ball to come out and take a look. Austin arrived on time as scheduled. He had inspected the basement first and discovered some areas on the side of my home that had tunnels from mice. He was concerned that they might be nesting in my attic. They apparently have the ability to climb up and down within the walls...hmm who knew. Upon inspecting the attic his concerns were confirmed as droppings were found along with more tunnels throughout my blown in insulation. He had given me a quote to remove the old insulation, clean and sanitize all areas, seal any entry points and to blow in a new treated insulation. I'll admit it was more than I thought it would be. However the issue has been resolved and I now see the value of everything. Thank you so much Austin your my hero!!!”
