“Turnover in staff is terrible as you never know who is contacting you. They call from personal phones. I have a bi-monthly contract with them and even though I received no treatment yesterday I got an invoice. They used to be so good, but something in Nashville has gone very wrong. Think twice before using this company.”

“We were solicited at home twice to use this pest control company by pleasant sales rep. We already had pest control that we were pleased with but felt the price was a little high. We agreed to term our contract with UrbanX to switch companies. We made a future appointment with Honorguard however contacted them for a quicker appointment due to seeing bugs in our home. They told us they'd be here from 11-1 so we made arrangements to be home. No one showed, and when we contacted them no one responded. Will likely be going back to UrbanX who we had no issues with.”
