I wanted to especially point out the excellent service of Leonard Francis, our recent service technician. He went above and beyond to help us prevent any more mice from getting into my Mom's home. He spent extra time filling in all the holes where mice could possibly be sneaking into the house. He also put out a few extra rat traps and gave us one for the attic. “You don’t want sketchy and dishonest people at your house. You don’t want a company that hires disinterested and rude people. Here’s the story, I have a 2 family. No one shows up for the quarterly spray, but I get an email alert anyway about a service that it was completed. I call the company. They said someone did come and rang the doorbell, which was not the case since I have a ring doorbell and I had an eye outside within the window of time they marked on their email for when the service was done. They said the employee also completed service on the other unit of the 2 family, but they weren’t home to answer the door. They have the dishonest employee return to my house and tell me that he didn’t know he had to do both sides, which is impossible because you can’t assume what side is the right side, it would be a total guess. Even in that scenario he would have to confirm which side to do. (But the pattern of dishonesty continues). He comes back and refuses to apologize or accept that it was his fault. Of course he never did anything to begin with so naturally he defends his dishonesty. He asks me if I had any issues and I said no, it’s a quarterly service so he’s supposed to check around himself and see any signs. He said ok and said he will dust the exterior. He goes ahead and dusts only the front door and leaves. He had in his write up that I refused indoor inspection and that he went all the way around my house and serviced the side and rear, which he did not. The company heard my complaints and said a manager would call me, but that never happened. When it comes to your home, the last thing you want are bad people around and going inside your home. You cannot trust this company.”
