“I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. I have been a faithful client since 2016 and have recently had a problem in a rental house that they also treat. We have had this company out over 10 times since last September to treat the problem and they are STILL there. The worst part is, instead of apologizing and taking ownership of the issue since they have failed to take care of the problem after being given plenty of time to do so, they told me they were raising my quarterly rate because the problem is still there. Well, first of all, they literally JUST raised my rate because of it and second of all, the problem absolutely shouldn’t still be there after this many treatments!!! I can’t believe the way I was spoken to on the phone by Leonard and he even downright refused to come back out and retreat even though I am entitled to it since I paid for the quarterly service. How can you call yourself a reputable pest control company if you can’t even take care of an issue that you should be knowledgeable about how to treat and eradicate, especially after having so many chances to do so? I am now waiting for a refund for my last quarterly payment since they are refusing the provide the service that I requested and am entitled to. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.”
