“The communication has really went down hill since they were purchased a few years ago. Ethan was very nice, but this is the third time of them coming out and me not being notified. Three years ago they came and never told me so when I called to find out why my devices had not been checked, they let me know then that the tech had been out. No confirmation of what the status of the traps were. The last year they came unannounced and the guy didn't have the key to open the traps so he left and said he would be back. He also has no idea where the traps were so I had to show him. He never came back and I could verify via cameras that he did not show up for two weeks. When I called, they said he had completed the service. They did send someone out unannounced again as a follow up to my complaint, but I happen to be home and I was able to verify they checked the traps. Then this week, Ethan showed up unannounced and rang my doorbell a few times. I was leading a conference call and could not go to door. Three minutes after he rang the bell the first time, he rang it again and stood on the porch for an additional 3 min, my dogs going crazy the whole time. I had to pause my meeting to find out what he wanted since my service date in normally September but it is March so I was really confused. If I had not been home, they would not have been able to even get in my back yard. He said he was here for service and when I asked why I wasn't notified (the previous 2 times, I had called and asked to be notified the next time when I reached out over the service then ). He said he didn't know if they had done it so he didn't do it. I was as nice as could be given the situation, I was flustered and rushed. But I couldn't stop the meeting at that point and show him where the traps were, as he said he did not know, so no idea if they all got checked. My dogs were going crazy and I couldn't get them calm down and I had to eventually stop my meeting and reschedule. He left and didn't leave any documentation as to the status of my traps or anything. So now I have to call to get something in writing showing that my traps are ok or bad? I have no clue. Ethan was polite and nice, but the process is very unprofessional and shows no consideration for their clients. As I said, like in the previous year, had i not been involved in letting them in my yard, my traps either wouldn't have been checked or it would have been marked complete even though it wasn't.”
