“My experience was limited to the $179 inspection/service with an intention to employ this company as my pest control provider. The only reason they get two stars is because the tech that was sent was well above average with regard to knowledge and recommendations. I might have still done business with this company had Joey been the service technician. The reason I will not do business with this company and cannot recommend them is because it was too difficult to get a response after multiple attempts. Here's a rundown - did some research, decent reviews on Google, set up an appointment with sales with a two hour window arrive time. No show. Called or texted company after the no show - sales guy couldn't make it that day, a tech would come by after 3pm. I replied and told them I wasn't available - another hour goes by finally get a response for next day appt. Tech shows up late. Wanted to get the base package but have seen some roof rats around. We tour the property, he tells me the service/inspection he will perform. Give the okay. Does a thorough job - explains everything to me and what he believes I will need is the $90 package to deal with the rodents BUT it's and additional expense to place bait traps and the small traps are $20 each. Getting expensive - but I will wait for the paperwork he says will be sent via email. I get a service agreement where they show up every other month but I will be charged $45 a month even when they do NOT show up. No rodent control included but this is a one year contract - auto renew. Called to discuss contract via email and to have it changed, no reply. Called - left message. No one answers the phone. No reply. Texted and or called again. Received a call with a message, one time. Will not do business with a company where I have to work this hard to get an answer or service. Lesson learned - the $179 I took was unacceptable given the poor effort at customer service.”

“We are very pleased with our experience with Invader Pest Management. They were recommended to us by the previous home owner so we scheduled our 1st service appointment. Joey who had consistently taken care of the previous owners, showed up at the early end of the time frame provided to us and was amazing. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, took his time showing my husband the location of all the bait traps and explained everything about pest behavior specific to our property and in Arizona. Plus he had a great sense of humor which we enjoyed! We could not have been more pleased and are looking forward to our next visit by Joey!”
